(JT102) Business Development Manager (Employers)

£56,810.00 Per Annum

Are you an experienced business development professional in the UK Financial Services Sector, with a passion for building meaningful and long-lasting business relationships?

Our client, an internationally acclaimed professional membership association, is now hiring for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their growing team. This role offers:

- Permanent/full time hours (35 per week)

- Contracted out of our client's central London office, but with hybrid flex to work from home circa 3 days a week (when not out on client meetings)

- £56,810 per annum - fixed starting salary.



The Role

The main purpose of this role is deliver our client's business development strategy for employers in the UK. This includes:

- Supporting the delivery of the UK market plan

- Identifying and engaging with potential employers

- Understanding members needs and enhancing member value

- Creating a sustainable pipeline of new members in the region

- Developing relationships with senior decision-makers

Additional responsibilities include:

- Developing and implementing account plans for employers

- Stakeholder mapping and lead engagement

The Person

The ideal candidate will have:

- Strong customer influencing skills in a professional Financial services or equivalent environment

- B2B and B2C relationship / account management experience

- Ability to interact and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels

- Ability to give excellent presentations, tailored to the relevant audience

- Experience in a financial, member service organisation or professional certification body
